We do not assume or accept responsibility as a result of error in specification. All information is for informational purposes ONLY.

We understand that privacy is important to our customers. To this end ProgRama will not give or sell confidential or personal Information about our customer to any third party not affiliated with the transaction, except as necessary to provide services to the customer, as required by law, or in connection with an investigation of possible illegality or misuse of the ProgRama brand, label or services.

Most ProgRama products carry a 3-year limited manufacturer's warranty. ProgRama Inc is not responsible for automotive downtime, damage incurred, or labor cost etc. associated with replacement or removal of a ProgRama unit from any vehicle or improper diagnosis.

You (and not ProgRama Inc) assume the entire cost associated with servicing repair or correction of faults in your vehicle. ProgRama's total liability to you for any and all damages, losses and causes of action (whether in contract, tort [including but not limited to negligence]) shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to ProgRama Inc for the specific merchandise at issue.

Warranty excludes but is not limited to:
Parts lost due to fire
Parts lost due to water damages
Parts or information lost due to 3rd party software or part
Parts broken or otherwise damaged during transportation
Damages due to improper installation or use

How to submit item for warranty

A dated proof of purchase is necessary.
Download and fill out the Warranty from: Warranty Form
(The Warranty Form requires Adobe PDF Reader which can be downloaded HERE.) Please note, the terminology NOT WORKING will increase time spent to assess your unit and may delay return. Where possible, include the part number and describe the problem(s) of the original unit.

Returns

ProgRama is not responsible for shipping cost to its location regardless of type of return (warranty, cores or other). ProgRama however, will provide free ground return shipping of all warranties to all customers within the continental United States and Canada.

For non warranty related returns please note:
- We accept only authorized returns within maximum 7 days of date of purchase,
- Unit must be in unopened plastic packaging
- Shipping cost is not refundable.
- We charge 20% restocking fee on these products.

Things that are good to know about

You can refer to our Tech Tips area for useful information regarding troubleshooting your unit. However, here are a few general things to know about your item: Intermittent problems are often difficult to duplicate and diagnose. Intermittent problems are typically system related rather than component specific. Electronic units must be packed so as to prevent damages to the unit, especially units having sensitive areas such as LCDs.

LCDs are typically proprietary and are not warranted by ProgRama. As a policy, we do not ship broken or de-pixilated LCDs. Should you break your LCD, you should know this does not qualify as manufacturer's warranty. Units damaged by water or fire are not covered by manufacturer's warranty.

3. Copyright and Trademark Notice
