We are proud to announce that ProgRama and Golframa were rewarded with the Premium Shipping Option by Amazon.
Premium Shipping provides fast shipping options that require high delivery performance standards from sellers to offer them.
These fast shipping options improve the customer experience by communicating a clear delivery-day to the customer, which includes the seller-set handling time and shipping speed.
Not all sellers are eligible to offer Premium Shipping options. Customers expect their packages to be delivered quickly, so sellers must meet requirements for the following:
- Valid tracking rate, which includes tracking IDs from UPS, US Postal Service, Fedex, or OnTrac.*
- On-time delivery rate
- Order defect rate
- Seller initiated order cancellation rate
